Guidelines for Returns & Exchanges:

Items should be returned in their original packaging, complete with all accessories and documentation.
If any items were damaged in transit, report them within two working days.
Upon receiving the item, we will examine it and issue a replacement or refund.
Before accepting delivery, ensure the packaging is not damaged or tampered.

Customers must provide a video & photographs of the package while opening it.
