A 2.5% convenience fee will be deducted for orders canceled by the buyer before shipping. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.

2. Pre-Orders

No cancellations are permitted for pre-ordered items.

3. Refunds

If you cancel your order before it is shipped and have already made a payment, the amount will be refunded (after a 2.5% deduction) to the original payment method within 5-7 working days.

4. Exceptions
